Prayer Workshops and Life of Ignatius Larranaga
Fundamentally prayer and life workshops (PWL) give the faithful a practical method to learn to pray; and pray in an orderly, varied and progressive manner: from the first steps to the depths of contemplation. Its founder is Fr. Ignacio Larrañaga, Franciscan. The PWL consist of weekly meetings for 15 weeks.
The PWL classes are on Mondays at 4:00pm in the chapel.
The Association of Catholic Knights aims to unite in this American land all people of different nationalities, lovers of morality and morals who wish to seriously commit themselves to restore the Christian order through knowledge, advocacy and practice of the principles of the Roman, Catholic and Apostolic Religion; true patriotism and love of Christian tradition, and the spiritual and material protection among members.
The group meets every Saturday at 6:00pm in the Gazebo
Knights of Columbus
The Council of the Knights of Columbus of OLDP was established in 1989. Born in response to the material and spiritual need of emigrants, the Knights of Columbus have been a strong pillar of the Catholic Church.
The activities of the Knights of Columbus in our parish are varied and have been increasing over the years. The Council participates in several activities ranging from programs Pro-vida, blood donation, helps to the sick, Special Olympics and children with special needs (toosie roll drive), to help to the Veterans of War and Color Corp.
The group meets the first, second and third Thursday at 7:30pm in the Chapel.
The purpose of the Columbiette Auxiliary is to work with the Council with which it is affiliated to promote the spiritual, social intellectual and economic welfare of its members and the community. The Columbiettes of Florida have supported battered and abused children in the area for many years as part of the State Project. They support the ideals of the Catholic Church, Knights of Columbus and the United States of America.
The Columbiettes meet the second Tuesday of the month at 7:30pm in the Atrium.
Cofradia Adoradores del Santisimo
The “Cofradía” of the Blessed Sacrament is a group which was formed 22 years ago with the purpose of helping in the Eucharistic Exposition every Thursday in our Parish. We currently have the exposition of the Blessed Sacrament every Thursday from 7:30 am to 6:45 pm.
This group is responsible for everything related to the Exposition of the Blessed Sacrament, also every Sunday from 2: 00 pm to 4:00 pm they spend a moment of peace and joy in front of the Tabernacle with the prayer of the Divine Mercy Chaplet.
The group meets the first Tuesday of every month at 7: 30 pm in the Chapel.
Cursillos de Cristiandad
Cursillos is a Church movement that by their spirituality promotes the practice and experience of the fundaments of the Christian faith through evangelization.
They meet every Tuesday at 7:30pm in the Chapel.
Emmaus for Men
The mission of the group is to create an environment where all men who attend the Men’s Emmaus Retreat, will feel unconditionally loved, accepted and challenged to a deeper walk with Christ or an awakening of Him; so they can have the full experience of Jesus walking with them throughout the weekend and they can continue their spiritual growth through the love and unity of other men who have attended the Emmaus Weekend. Retreats are held twice a year in Spanish.
Reunion meetings for men who have attended a weekend retreat are held every Tuesday at 7:30pm in the church.
Emmaus for Women
The mission of the group is to create an environment where all women who attend the Women’s Emmaus Retreat, will feel unconditionally loved, accepted and challenged to a deeper walk with Christ or an awakening of Him; so they can have the full experience of Jesus walking with them throughout the weekend and they can continue their spiritual growth through the love and unity of other women who have attended the Emmaus Weekend. Retreats are held twice a year in Spanish.

This group started fourteen years ago in order to learn the history of the Bible, including the Hebrew people. We invite you to grow in the faith through biblical knowledge in our meetings.

Grupo Carismatico Templo de Dios
This group gets together to worship through prayer and song, read the Scriptures and share the gifts of the Spirit and intercessory prayer. Through this experience, we grow in a deeper relationship with God.
This group meets the second and fourth Wednesday at 7:30 in the Chapel.
Grupo Misioneros la Sangre de Cristo
This is a group of lay missionaries committed to strive for a life of perfection that is Cristocentric, Eucharistic and Marian, with total obedience to the Holy Mother Church. The mission is consecrated to the Hearts of Jesus and Mary.
The group meets the first and third Monday at 7:30 pm in the Chapel.
Instituto “Santa Familia”
The Pauline Institute of consecrated secular life "Holy Family", is a vocation to consecrate to God in marriage. The purpose is to share our experience and support to all marriages that have decided to live in fullness his marital vows. We are affiliated with the Society of St. Paul.
Legion de Maria
The Legion of Mary is a worldwide organization of men and women who forges apostles, serving Christ through prayer and apostolic work. They work in weekly group meetings where they pray, review apostolic activity, and discuss training topics to make their apostolate more effective. Some activities of the Legion of Mary are visit of the sick, elderly, disabled, prisoners, drug addicts, etc. to encourage them in their Christian life. The Legion also does volunteer work in the parish.
Meetings in our parish are Fridays at 6:00 pm in the Gazebo.

Movimiento Juan XXIII
The movement John XXIII is an International Association of faithful laity, acting according to the canons relating to associations of the faithful of the Canon law of the Catholic Church, and inspired by the principles emanating from the Second Vatican Council. It was born in Puerto Rico, in the Diocese of Arecibo, created under the pontificate of Pope John XXIII, to be "a movement of evangelization" and work primarily by those away from the Church and also of society marginalized.
